Read the guidesWhat you get
A peer space for first-time buyers who want clarity before they sign — not a marketplace.
Ask without judgment
Stuck on carpet area, RERA, or token money? Ask peers who are figuring it out too.
Shared red flags
Site-visit stories, brochure tricks, and paperwork surprises — so you spot patterns early.
Guides when they drop
New explainers and short updates from Sampadha Gruham, without hunting Instagram stories.
No sales funnel
Education first. No inventory listings, no cold broker pitches in the community.
What to expect
- 01
Respectful, plain-language questions about buying a home in India.
- 02
Peer discussion — not legal, tax, or investment advice from us.
- 03
Moderators may remove spam, listings, DMs-for-sale, and harassment.
- 04
You still verify everything with RERA, your bank, and a qualified lawyer.
Community guidelines
Join means you agree to keep the room safe and useful for everyone.
Be kind and clear
Ask specific questions. No shaming first-time buyers for “basic” doubts.
No selling or solicitation
No project pitches, broker cold outreach, referral spam, or “DM for deals.”
No personal data dumps
Don’t share Aadhaar, PAN, full addresses, agreement PDFs, or private numbers of others.
Cite when you can
If you quote a rule or portal, say where it came from (e.g. state RERA site).
Disagree without drama
Challenge ideas, not people. Keep politics and religion out of the room.
Report, don’t escalate
Flag spam or abuse to admins. Don’t pile on.
